Udoka Bestman Int’l Ltd. “quality assurance policy” seeks to achieve the company’s objectives in a well-defined manner in line with acceptable BS EN ISO 9002 Intenational QA\QC standard via the following measures.
It is the policy of udoka Best man Int’l Ltd management to fulfill both moral and legal responsibility to ensure:
To perform work planning, execution, procurement, inspection, testing and documentation with great care.
Not to sacrifice quality in order to gain an unreasonable float in time schedule.
To give our clients correct and sufficient information so that they can verify and audit our work.
To carefully select qualified and experienced staff, to keep a clear organizational structure of the udoka best man Int’l Ltd QA policy and their individual responsibility for its implementation.
To carefully select sub-contractors, inform them about Udoka Best man Int’l Ltd and to present them with clearly written and unambiguous specifications for their work and to supervise in conformity during execution of their services.
To procure materials and services from vendors and contractors on the basis of Udoka best man Int’l Ltd system.
To instruct and encourage all members discrepancies or once detected, but to report them promptly along the proper lines of communication to where necessary, directly to the QA manager for immediate action.
